With over 10 years experience in the User Experience industry, Lizzie Hammond founded Ribbon Digital to support businesses to deliver enhanced customer experiences for their users.
After completing a Masters in Human Computer Interaction, Lizzie has worked for large digital agencies across various sectors including Media, Banking, Telco and has significant experience in Retail. She’s also worked in house, enhancing the experience for customers and bottom line conversion for some of the biggest UK brands including Marks & Spencer and Tesco.
All Lizzie’s work is grounded in UX Research and she has vast experience running large scale strategic projects, applying various methodologies throughout Discovery and Delivery. Methods include: UX benchmarking, eye tracking, information architecture validation, usability testing, heuristic evaluation, feasibility research, customer journey mapping, diary studies, accessibility testing and ethnographic research.
As well as her experience in UX, Lizzie also led a product team as Product Owner working adeptly within an agile team.
